Faisal (Sal) Darwiche and Manal Dawi are passionate about helping individuals look and feel their best via aesthetic treatments and regenerative medicine. In 2018 they founded Panacea Aesthetics and Wellness Center with a desire to help their patients look better, feel better, and live better.
Nurse practitioner Sal has wide-ranging knowledge of critical care and medical aesthetics. He is board certified as an adult and geriatric primary care nurse practitioner and holds a master's degree in nursing.
Manal Dawi is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine and medical aesthetics. Manal's artistic eye with dermal fillers and other aesthetic procedures has earned her a favorable reputation in the community for providing facial balancing and natural-looking results.
My overall experience here has been beyond my expectations. Amazing staff upfront who are hospitable and welcoming. Lana does an exceptional job with Microderm and is highly knowledgeable with our skin and it’s needs. Sal and Manal are leading experts with total health, wellness, and beauty both aesthetically and also helps us understand that beauty also starts from care from within. Sal and Manal treated me during a minor procedure with total care, and empathy and I walked out from their clinic feeling empowered, hopeful, and more confident about my beauty and well being. The types of care that Sal, Manal, and team offer are much more than a day spa. I felt like I found more of a sanctuary in Sal and Manal’s wholesome care. I finally got the courage to go get Botox for the first time, and I am so impressed and grateful for my experience with Panacea Wellness, Sal, and the rest of the staff (I didn’t get to meet Manal, next time ). I bought my initial Botox units on Groupon, which is great that they offer, it gets the resistant people like me in the door . Upon entering, shaking with "first time" nerves, I was greeted with the friendliest smiles and people! I felt so welcomed by the nice girls at the front desk (Lana & Miranda). I was promptly taken to a room and was quickly greeted by Sal! Sal is such a good hype-man, and made me feel comfortable with his chill and personable vibe, he was clear and thorough about what Botox is, what it does, the procedure, etc. He even recommended a book for autoimmune disease that his wife really benefitted from, and explained their passion for holistic wellness which I really appreciate. When I checked out I definitely got up sold, which is expected, they’re a business, but I was also so there for it lol I was basically like here, take my money, let’s do this sis! Thank you Panacea for your warm welcomes and making me feel like a queen! I’m looking forward to future visits and my first hydrafacial next month!!
Best facial that I have ever had and I have had a lot since I am 54 years old. This is the third time that I have been there and I’ve never had to wait for my service and all of the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only place I will go to for my facials and Botox from now on.
I get the absolute best treatment & results from Panacea Aesthetics. Sal and Manal have become like family to me. I don’t trust anyone else with my face. Sal is incredibly knowledgeable about facial anatomy and the science behind the products he uses. When Sal and Manal do any work on my face, they work seamlessly together to achieve only the most natural and balanced-looking results. They have the best eye for what looks good and works with my features. They are also honest about what works and what doesn’t and never steer me in a direction that would waste my time or money or make me look weird. With the lips specifically, Manal’s technique produces the most beautiful pout I’ve ever gotten, and I’ve been getting my lips done since I was 19 (I’m 30 now). No matter if I go in for little touch ups, or more extensive work, I come out un-bruised and never overdone. I come home and my boyfriend can’t even tell that I’ve had anything done, but all my friends comment that I look more fresh, awake, and want to know which medspa I use. Equally as importantly, both Sal and Manal have the most gentle touch. I have a severe needle phobia that reaches back to childhood that often results in near fainting spells. When I go to Panacea, I never have this problem and often times don’t need numbing cream. Recently I was shocked when Manal drew my blood for PRP injections and I could not feel the needle in my arm. This has never happened in my entire life! I am comfortable and confident having them do anything with my face. I must add that when it comes to skincare Lana is incredible. She is so knowledgeable about anti aging, ZO products, sun damage, and what is important for my acne-prone skin as well as what is needed to keep my skin youthful for years to come. I’m confident that with Lana’s advice I can avoid getting a facelift in my senior years. Overall I can’t say enough great things about Panacea. They are an important part of what makes me look the way I do and maintain my ideal look. I always leave Panacea with a smile on my face. I owe them a great deal of gratitude and am so thankful to have them here in Newport.
